i managed to catch HG on the big screen before it stops showing
well, it was half of what i expected it to be
it was PG-13, non scary (they showed Piranha trailer before it started and it's gorier than HG)
of course, an adapted film from a novel will definitely missed out some points
i was just hoping they'd follow all the dialogue in the book
-Peeta's dad and Madge missing in action in the ?lockup room?
-there was a change in Katniss' interview with Ceaser (i missed the lamb stew part)
but what i like was the explanation of the fake fire that the Gamemakers did to close the distance between Katniss and the Careers
and of course, the 'gold' Cornucopia was hilarious (LOL)
-Medicine to help Peeta's leg was applied cream, not syringe jab
-the way Foxface died wasn't very detailed, they didn't show K and P leaving food behind
-some things missing; the Hovercraft that was used to pick up the dead Tributes; bread from District 11; sleep syrup to knock Peeta out
the action parts (Cornucopia site, wolf attack, D11 riot) were all too shaky (i think that's how they got the PG-13 rating)
-and hey, what's the crown doing on Katniss' head? shouldn't it be shared with Peeta too?
but given the chance, I'd watch it again (i only get the whole idea when said twice)
